Bailey N. Nagel is an attorney at The Ison Law Firm. Her path to the practice of law began with a desire to help others and experiences that introduced her to both advocacy and client service. She initially attended college on an athletic scholarship to play soccer before deciding to complete her undergraduate degree at Arizona State University. She ultimately earned a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Psychology, graduating summa cum laude.
While completing her undergraduate degree, she worked as a paralegal at a plaintiff’s personal injury and medical malpractice firm and coached high school girls’ soccer. These experiences gave her an early foundation in the practice of law and reinforced the value she places on helping people navigate difficult circumstances with compassion, respect, and understanding.
Bailey earned her Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law in May 2025, graduating magna cum laude and third in her class. She was named to the Dean’s List every semester and earned a position on law review, a selective academic journal recognizing students for high academic achievement and demonstrated strength in legal research and writing.
While in law school, Bailey interned at an estate planning and probate firm, where she further developed her legal skills and gained additional experience helping clients navigate significant personal and legal matters. Following her second year of law school, she joined The Ison Law Firm as an intern and continued working with the firm throughout her final year of law school. After graduating, Bailey accepted a position as an attorney with The Ison Law Firm and was admitted to the Florida Bar in September 2025 after passing the Florida Bar Examination on her first attempt.
Outside the practice of law, Bailey enjoys spending time with her family and long-distance running.
Bailey’s experiences have shaped her approach to the practice of law. She believes that effective advocacy requires not only strong legal skills but also an understanding of the individual behind each case. She strives to treat every client with compassion, dignity, and respect. She is grateful for the opportunity to advocate for airmen during some of the most challenging periods of their lives and hopes to be a blessing to those she serves during their time of need.
